Bill Thomas is the Global Chairman and CEO of KPMG where he leads more than 265,000 people delivering services to clients in 143 countries worldwide.
Bill has more than a decade of executive-level leadership experience and previously served as Chairman of KPMG’s Americas region from 2014 to 2017, and as CEO and Senior Partner of KPMG Canada from 2009 to 2016. He was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal and has been named a Catalyst Honours Champion in recognition of building a diverse and inclusive culture.
Bill believes that businesses can empower positive change by strengthening the communities they serve. He is a member of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), Business Roundtable, International Business Council, and the Sustainable Markets Council.
Pat Kramer was appointed the CEO of BDOs Global organisation on 1 November 2022.
Based in Calgary, Pat previously was the CEO of BDO in Canada and served on the Board for BDO International for the past 7 years. He has over 30 years of industry experience advising Canadian businesses on complex business issues. Pat has held numerous leadership roles throughout his 32-year career at BDO, including Office Managing Partner of the Calgary practice, leader of the national industry programme, and business line leader for the assurance & accounting practice. Pat has also been active in a leadership capacity for many community, charity and professional organisations.
Joe Ucuzoglu is the Deloitte Global CEO leading the largest professional services organization in the world. Deloitte provides audit and assurance, tax and legal, consulting, risk advisory, and financial advisory services to the largest corporations and governmental agencies around the world. Joe remains engaged with many clients and external stakeholders, working to ensure we are consistently leveraging the full breadth of Deloitte to deliver impactful results for clients and communities. Prior to his current role, Joe served as the CEO of Deloitte US, and previously led Deloitte’s US Audit & Assurance practice. He frequently speaks on a broad range of current issues facing the business community.
Carmine is EY Global Chairman and CEO, which has more than 365,000 people in 150 countries and over US$45b in revenues. Prior to being elected to his current post, he served as EY Global Managing Partner – Client Service.
Since joining EY in 1985, Carmine spearheaded EY’s innovation efforts and redefined how the global organization uses technology to both transform existing services and create new solutions. He has served as an Advisory and Assurance partner for many of EY’s largest financial services accounts.
Carmine earned a BA in Chemistry from Colgate University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is a practicing CPA.
Since 2018, Peter Bodin has been global CEO of Grant Thornton International Ltd – a global audit, tax, and advisory network of 68,000 people in member firms across 145+ countries. Peter is responsible for global leadership and management, including the implementation and execution of the global strategy. He leads the global leadership team, which assists him in the day-to-day management of the organization. He also chairs Grant Thornton’s strategy committee and is a member of its Board of Governors.

For more than 20 years, Mohamed has assisted clients in identifying value and orchestrating large-scale business-led transformations, encompassing strategy through to tangible outcomes.
Prior to becoming Global Chairman, Mohamed Kande served as the US & Global Advisory Leader at PwC. He also served as the CEO of the combined PwC consulting businesses in the US, Mexico and Japan.
During his time as Global Advisory Leader, Mohamed played a pivotal role in steering the network’s alliance strategy and has served as the executive sponsor for key capability investments such as Gen AI, managed services and business model reinvention.
