Bill has more than a decade of executive-level leadership experience and previously served as Chairman of KPMG’s Americas region from 2014 to 2017, and as CEO and Senior Partner of KPMG Canada from 2009 to 2016. He was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal and has been named a Catalyst Honours Champion in recognition of building a diverse and inclusive culture.
Bill believes that businesses can empower positive change by strengthening the communities they serve. He is a member of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), Business Roundtable, International Business Council, and the Sustainable Markets Council.
Pat Kramer was appointed the CEO of BDOs Global organisation on 1 November 2022.
Based in Calgary, Pat previously was the CEO of BDO in Canada and served on the Board for BDO International for the past 7 years. He has over 30 years of industry experience advising Canadian businesses on complex business issues. Pat has held numerous leadership roles throughout his 32-year career at BDO, including Office Managing Partner of the Calgary practice, leader of the national industry programme, and business line leader for the assurance & accounting practice. Pat has also been active in a leadership capacity for many community, charity and professional organisations.
Joe Ucuzoglu is the Deloitte Global CEO leading the largest professional services organization in the world. Joe remains engaged with many clients and external stakeholders, working to ensure we are consistently leveraging the full breadth of Deloitte to deliver impactful results for clients and communities. Prior to his current role, Joe served as the CEO of Deloitte US, and previously led Deloitte’s US Audit & Assurance practice. He frequently speaks on a broad range of current issues facing the business community.
Janet Truncale is the EY Global Chair and CEO, leading one of the world’s largest professional services organizations with nearly 400,000 people across 150 countries. EY achieved US$51billion in revenues last year.
Starting as an intern, she advanced to roles including EY Americas FSO Vice Chair and Regional Managing Partner. Janet has provided assurance and consulting services to Fortune 500 companies and worked closely with boards, audit committees, and senior management to resolve complex business issues.
She holds a BSE from The Wharton School and an MBA from Columbia University.
Greg Keith is the CEO of Grant Thornton International Ltd, leading a dynamic network of member firms across more than 150 countries, united by a shared commitment to their CARE values (collaboration, agility, respect & excellence).
Greg has more than three decades of experience with Grant Thornton in Australia and China. He previously served as CEO of Grant Thornton Australia for ten years, where he led significant growth, strengthened client engagement and built brand consideration. During his tenure, Greg introduced a number of innovative people policies, including a 9-day fortnight and was the first professional services firm to offer 26 weeks of paid parental leave, which built a strong culture grounded in supporting DE&I and family values.
Greg is a strong advocate for inclusive leadership and sustainable growth. He has held several senior governance roles across the network, including inaugural chair of the APAC 5 CEOs and long-serving member of the GTIL Board of Governors and GTIL strategy committee.

Prior to becoming Global Chairman, Mohamed Kande served as the US & Global Advisory Leader at PwC. He also served as the CEO of the combined PwC consulting businesses in the US, Mexico and Japan.
During his time as Global Advisory Leader, Mohamed played a pivotal role in steering the network’s alliance strategy and has served as the executive sponsor for key capability investments such as Gen AI, managed services and business model reinvention.
